Every quarter our class schedule shifts as we enter a new training block. For example, we’re in Quarter One and we will be focusing on our Strength Cycle every Tuesday and utilizing out of the gym opportunities to put our fitness to the test.     April 18th @ 9am - 10am

    Come join us for a FREE community workout! This will be our only class today, so let’s celebrate the resurrection of Jesus together!

  • Memorial Day murph

    May 26th @ 9am - 11am

    It's that time of year where we honor those who sacrificed for our country by partaking in the famous “Murph” workout. We will host a BBQ afterwards so BYOB and come hang out with us!

  • Independence Day Workout

    July 4th @ 9am - 10am

    We will have one class only today and it’ll absolutely be a burner because there’s no better way to celebrate America than with sweat and a little bit of tears!
